Mizuna Microgreens offer a mild peppery flavor - somewhere between arugula and mustard greens and very versatile. Sometimes referred to as a fancier version of arugula. Good in salads, grain bowls, asian dishes, poke bowls, sushi rolls dumplings, stir fries, curries, stews, smoothies, proteins eggs sandwiches and wraps.
